Billie is a pre-licensed therapist based on Kauaʻi, offering a grounded, collaborative space rooted in empathy, attunement, and deep respect for each client’s full humanity.
At the heart of Billie’s practice is a commitment to supporting individuals living with complex PTSD as they move toward healing and self-reclamation. Drawing from somatic, EMDR, experiential, and depth-oriented therapies, she creates a warm, client-centered space where healing can unfold and each story is met with compassion, nuance, and care. With a background as a bodyworker, Billie brings an attuned, embodied presence to her work, helping clients reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom. Her approach is grounded in attachment theory and shaped by the belief that the therapeutic relationship can serve as a portal—a place to explore, integrate, and gently reclaim what may have been lost or silenced.
She holds a Master’s in Counseling Psychology with a Clinical Concentration and a B.A. in Cultural Anthropology, which informs her deep commitment to cultural humility, curiosity, and honoring diverse lived experiences. For Billie, therapy isn’t about being “fixed”—it’s a collaborative unfolding. Whether someone is navigating old patterns, seeking reconnection with themselves, or simply longing for a safe place to land, she is honored to walk alongside them.
